Our Process

The Sam Pitzulo Homes process begins with your ideas. Whether a new home, addition, or remodeling project we want to discover all the information relative to your project. We will help prioritize the project goals, work with the budget, and help turn your idea into reality. Design Consultation

This consultation starts with one of our knowledgeable designers coming out to your home or meeting with you here in our office. For remodeling projects, we will come to your home to take pictures, gather measurements, and discuss your goals with the project at hand. For new home builds, we will meet in our office to discuss potential plans, wants, needs, and answer any questions you may have about building a new home. After this meeting, our architect will draw up preliminary plans, price, and 3D renderings based on the information provided at your first meeting. Once completed, we will bring you back to our office to review and discuss any further concerns. Lastly, we will provide any information you need in order to make a sound decision on moving forward with your remodel or new construction. 

The Home Design Center

The Home Design Center is where the magic happens here at SPH. Once you have signed your contract, you will meet here with our Design Center Coordinator who will help you through the selections process.  Our Home Design Center offers the convenience of a one stop shopping resource. You can find samples of cabinetry, countertops, backsplash, tile, flooring, fixtures, and much more in our Home Design Center that ultimately make the design process a breeze. Whether you are building a new home or remodeling an existing space, let our Interior Designer help you select the products that will complete your vision.

Design Build

SPH is a full service design-build company. We can handle every aspect of your project from design, permitting, and material selections all the way through completion. We have an Architect, Cabinet Designer, and Interior Decorator all on staff to help you make informed decisions and customize your home. Building takes a lot of coordination, working with various materials and suppliers, and many specialized trade partners. Working with an experienced, full-service builder will make your part in the construction process much easier. Rely on our 30+ years of experience to take your project from an idea to reality.

It’s the Carpenters that Count

SPH offers a professional and knowledgeable field staff with over 30 years of skilled work experience. From our lead carpenters to our labor force, we take pride in the work we do. The last few days of a construction project are the best. Seeing the finishing touches get installed and realizing the beautiful new space always brings that initial idea full circle. Our Carpenters are responsible for the finish work, trim, tile, and overall craftsmanship of your new home, addition, or remodeling project. Near the completion of your project, you’ll work with our carpenters making sure the job is up to our standards.
